Craving. It’s a heavy word loaded with emotion. Its natural bent is to seek pleasure or avoid pain. While we love to entertain our cravings, thoughts swollen with longing and images that dance about in our head, they also wreak havoc with our habits.
Truth is, craving is a fact of life. And because this is universal to the human condition, our cravings, it left unchecked, can be as corrupting as they are captivating.
